THE MACHINE HAS FOLLOWING OUTSTANDING TECHNICAL FEATURES :
* Hybrid Pack - to allow customization of various machining methods and conditions to meet exact
  work-piece needs. This is a special machining conditions search system.
* SS Jump - To enhance the efficiency of adaptive control and to reduce unnecessary jump time. Digital AC
  Servo Motors are used for the same.
* Fuzzy Pro Plus logic Control - Adaptive Control for high speed and high quality machining. Expert
  machining system is provided which is based on Artificial Intelligence. Graphite Electrode conditions are to
  be generated depending on its grade quality. By Fuzzy Pro-plus area auto-recognition with area meter is
  possible.
* CNC Controller 64 Bit - Built in high speed 64 Bit CPU with graphic user interface is provided.
* The Orbit Mode consists of Fixed Pattern, Random path and 3 D pattern. Orbital Machining also includes
  ORBIT PRO function to smoothly guide electrode movement for getting uniform surface finish. Using this
  function , the Electrode will be in a continuous motion resulting in stable finish machining. It improves quality
  and precision.
* E.S.P.E.R II - Using this system machining conditions are decided by Artificial Intelligence. Optimum
  machining conditions can be searched automatically by this system. Also optimum machining conditions
  are
created automatically for various applications. Even for Multi Cavity machining minimum data input is
  required.
* High Precision Machining - With the EDM Systems, in particular, a lighter drive mechanism allows better
  response, which in turn improves the mechanical characteristics of the system and increases machining
  performance. CAE structural analysis has been used to develop an optimal design for the EA series. Using
  a highly rigid, high-grade cast iron structure and special LM guides that ensure a low center of gravity, this
  design provides high-precision machining in a compact body.
* Linear Scales - EA 12D is equipped with an optical linear scale as standard equipment on the Z-axis. This
  feature has the largest effect on machining depth. If an even higher level of precision is required linear scales
  are also available for X and Y axis optionally.
* FPII Power Supply - A large area can be finished at a high speed by using the FPII power supply.
* µ SC Circuit for Ultra low level Electrode wear is provided.
* Work-piece measurement including Hole Centering Cornering, Pole Centering, and 3 Point Centering .
* Automatic Lubrication System .
* Built in 3.5 inches FDD
* CRT System 10.4 inches color LCD
* Minimum Drive Unit - 0.05 microns for X, Y, Z axis.
* The machine construction consists of Fixed Table Design. (X,Y,Z) movement are on column. Machine is
  very much compact in size.
* Power Supply Unit used for obtaining Resistor less, compact, low heat generator and energy saving.
* Generator Capacity is 60 Amps.
